コザール（Cozaar）とは？

コザールは、アンジオテンシン受容体阻害薬の一種です。血管の収縮を抑え、血圧を降下させ、血液の流れを促進することで、腎臓の機能を助け、余分な水分が貯留されるのを防ぎます。

コザールは、高血圧症の治療に使われます。また心臓疾患の患者の脳卒中のリスクを下げるために使われることがあります。

コザールは、高血圧症を伴う2型糖尿病の糖尿病性腎症に使われることもあります。

またコザールは、ここに記載された目的以外にも利用されています。

Your browser may not support display of this image.Generic Cozaar is in a group of drugs called angiotensin II receptor antagonists. It keeps blood vessels from narrowing, which lowers blood pressure and improves blood flow and helps the kidneys to eliminate extra fluid.

Generic Cozaar is used to treat high blood pressure(hypertension). It is also used to lower the risk of stroke in certain people with heart disease.

Generic Cozaar is used to slow long-term kidney damage in people with type 2 diabetes who also have high blood pressure.
